OpCo Spotlight: Keesen Landscape

Founded in 1972, Keesen Landscape has grown from a small local operation into one of Colorado’s most respected commercial landscape companies. For more than five decades, the company has been dedicated to one mission: helping properties along the Front Range thrive through exceptional landscape care, proactive service and strong client partnerships.

With headquarters in Englewood, Keesen serves the Denver and Colorado Springs markets, offering unmatched local expertise in the unique climate and environmental conditions of Colorado’s Front Range.

Keesen’s clients span a variety of industries ranging from commercial office campuses to HOAs, multi-family communities, retail centers and industrial properties. The company operates with a branch-based service model, ensuring that each client receives dedicated, local attention.

Each client’s service team is custom-built and led by an Account Manager, supported by Production Managers, Specialized Crew Leaders, Technical Service Personnel, Designers and Branch Managers. This structure ensures that every property benefits from specialized expertise and a proactive approach to maintenance and enhancements.

Keesen Landscape delivers complete commercial landscape solutions, including:

Landscape Maintenance – Turf care, seasonal cleanups, pruning and fertilization programs.
Enhancements & Design – Seasonal color design, bed preparation and landscape renovations.
Irrigation Management – Spring activation, system checks, repairs and winterization.

Every program is tailored to Colorado’s seasonal demands.

Keesen’s commitment to excellence has earned them recognition throughout the region. Their attention to detail, safety practices and client satisfaction have positioned them as a trusted partner for some of Colorado’s most prominent properties.

At the heart of Keesen’s success is its culture. The company believes that exceptional service begins with exceptional people. By investing in their team, providing training and fostering a spirit of trust and accountability, Keesen has built a workforce that takes pride in every property they maintain.

In 2018, Keesen joined HeartLand, gaining access to additional resources, training programs and shared best practices while continuing to operate under the same trusted name and leadership.

As Keesen surpasses 50 years in business, their focus remains the same: delivering reliable, proactive landscape care that helps Colorado properties look their best in every season.
